Tom Polo’s practice addresses notions of success and failure through contemporary society’s inherent desire to be a ‘winner’. Working in painting and installation, Tom 
creates playful conceptual works that reference both the mundane and the spectacular. He has upcoming projects at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art, Perth, GRANTPIRRIE Window, Sydney and MOP Projects, Sydney. Tom is a Masters of Fine Arts student at the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales.
